A Cultural History of Theatre in the Modern Age is volume 6 in the mammoth, critically acclaimed 6-book series, A Cultural History of Theatre, from Bloomsbury. This short essay examines the effects of activist-inflected leadership and pedagogy in older arts and performance groups.
